The elimination of domestic abuse requires an integrated approach, as well as the combined skills, commitment and responsibilities of all government departments, criminal justice agencies, local domestic abuse partnerships and relevant voluntary and statutory organisations.
We recognise, in order to achieve our vision of eliminating domestic abuse, a commitment to a shared process across all relevant departments and agencies, is required.
Our key partners include our 8 local Women’s Aid groups, Other Women’s Aid Federations across the UK, Health and Social Care Trusts, Government Departments, Domestic and Sexual Violence Partnerships, Community and Voluntary sector, women’s sector, children’s sector, Universities, Teachers and Early Years Providers. We also work with advertising agencies, private sector organisations, funding bodies, IT specialists and media to support and sustain our work and enhance our professional reputation.
