For most of us, our will is one way of looking after the people we care about when we’re gone.
A gift to Women’s Aid in your will is an incredibly personal and meaningful way to impact the lives of your family, your friends and even people in your local community you’ve never met.
No one should have to suffer abuse or live-in fear within their own home. When a woman experiencing domestic abuse finds the courage and strength to ask for help, Women’s Aid will be there to provide whatever support they (and often their children) need.
Whether they need emergency accommodation in one of our safe refuges throughout Northern Ireland or support services in your local community, Women’s Aid are here to ensure that women, children and young people who’ve experienced domestic abuse get the support they need to help end the cycle of abuse.
By leaving a gift in your will to Women’s Aid Federation, you can help us sustain our vital services; ensuring victims of domestic abuse get the right help, whenever they need it.
You can decide what kind or size of gift you’d like to leave but please be assured, every gift, no matter how big or small you will be making a massive difference to the lives of people locally here in Northern Ireland. By leaving a gift in your will, you will be helping us achieve our vision of eliminating domestic abuse, and ultimately contributing to the creation of a safer society for generations to come.
