Training Enquiry Form

As part of our commitment to upholding General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018, Women’s Aid Federation Northern Ireland (WAFNI) will collect data for the purpose of enrolling learners on their training courses. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current.

Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us so that we can amend or delete information as appropriate. We will store your data on secure based servers using industry standard security protocols/technology. We will never sell, share, or otherwise distribute your data to any other third party without your explicit consent. We will ask only for the minimum information required to enrol on our courses.

For learners within Women’s Aid: we need to collect your name, email address, your role within Women’s Aid and the year you started employment.

For external learners who purchase a course from us (including those who purchase for others): we need to process your name; email address; and other data that allows us to process your order such as courses and quantities required, billing/invoice address and payment details.
The above rules apply regardless of whether data is stored electronically, on paper or on other materials.

Our e-learning courses are hosted by Nimble Learning Management System (LMS). You can access their privacy policy here and terms of use here. Some links within our courses will direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.
